Penne with Tuna Fish …

It’s me again bringing my favorite food recipes from the heart. This is great because you have options to eat it cold or hot. Great for family dinners or to sit in front of the T.V watching your show.

What you will need to get started:

1 bag of Penne (1 bag ) – Any type will do

2 tbsp of dry Cilantro

2 tbsp of Goya adobo

1 tbsp of black pepper

6 tbsp of Mayo

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

2 cans of tuna fish

2 can of chicken broth ( 29 ounces )

3 cups of water

a pinch of salt

Directions

Put to 2 cans of chicken broth and 3 cups of water into a medium size pot. When it starts to boil, put in the Penne and let it cook between 10-12 minutes or desired tenderness. Make sure you occasionally stir so they would not stick and drain out the water.

Add the Indigents: 2tbsp. of dry cilantro, 2tbsp. Goya Adobo, 1tbsp. Black pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil, 2 cans of tuna(drain water from the can), 6tbsp of mayo and stir. If you see that the pasta start to soak up the mayo, add a little more to make it moist.
