Fusilli ( twist pasta ) with Libby’s Vienna Sausage and Provolone Cheese.

I love making comfort food for my family to enjoy, so they can remember it for years to come. I enjoy cooking these dishes and I like to share it with my followers.

Ingredients required

1 box of Fusilli (twist pasta)

1 1/2 can of Carnation milk

½ diced onion

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 small can of Tomato Paste

½ teaspoon of minced garlic

½ teaspoon of oregano

½ package of Goya chicken seasoning powder

1 package of Goya Sazon

1 can of Libby’s Vienna Sausage (diced)

4 slices of Provolone Cheese

1 tsp of salt

Let’s start cooking…

Take 2 tbsp of olive oil and pour it into a preheated pan, then start to add the ½ diced onion, ½ tsp minced garlic, ½ Goya chicken seasoning powder, 1 package of  Goya sazon, 1 can of tomato paste, pinch of pepper and stir. Then add the diced Libby’s Vienna sausage, 1 1/2 can of carnation milk, and mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes then turn off the flame and cover it.

Next, start to boil water in a large pot and add 1 tsp of salt and add the box of Fusilli ( twist pasta) and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes and then drain.

Once the Fusilli ( twist pasta) is completed, start to pour the sauce into the large pot and add 4 slices of provolone cheese on low heat and stir continuously until the cheese melts.

Then you are done.
